A place for your child's story
The sound of their laugh. Their favorite things. A day you would live a thousand times if you could. 30 Days of Remembrance gives you space to preserve those memories and be honest about what life feels like without your child here.
You don't need to know what to write. Begin with a prompt, a memory, or whatever you can put into words today.
Record the details that made your child who they were, from cherished memories to the things you never want the world to forget.
Guided prompts make room for the grief others may not see, the changes in you, and what feels heaviest right now.
Use letter-writing and remembrance pages to express your love and reflect on the ways you still feel connected.
Explore motherhood, difficult dates, guilt, grounding, and giving yourself grace as you continue living with loss.
“What is something special about your child that you never want the world to forget?”
A PROMPT FROM DAY 3From one mother to another
I created this journal in memory of my daughter, Chanell. I had only 11 years to gather photos, stories, and everyday moments with her. The memories I carry are deeply precious to me.
My hope is that these pages give you a place to preserve your child's story and express the love you still carry. Write when you can. Pause when you need to. These pages will be here when you're ready.
With love, Paula P. Griffith
